Analyzing the current press, you can increasingly come across reports of periods of zero and even negative electricity prices in countries where a significant portion of energy is produced from renewable sources. According to Montel Analytics, such periods were observed 4,838 times in 2024, while in 2023 there were 2,442. In 2024, renewable energy sources accounted for 50.4% of total generation in Europe, which was a record high. Although at first glance it seems that a drop in electricity prices to zero or negative values is a blessing, on the other hand, it is a problem for investors in solar energy and wind generation. In practice, this phenomenon leads to the fact that during periods of peak electricity production by solar power plants and wind turbines, distribution networks cannot cope with the loads. As a result, owners of renewable energy facilities are forced to sell electricity at low prices, while owners of fossil fuel power plants receive maximum profits during peak hours, when the exchange has the highest prices. Renewable energy is replacing traditional energy, but in the evening and at night, as well as during periods of calm and lack of sun, there is no cheap electricity. On such days, prices on the spot market go through the roof, and this is a serious problem for industry, especially for energy-intensive industries operating in a continuous cycle, since the spot price for electricity often does not allow to cover production costs.
The problem of solar energy and wind generation is in the critical dependence on weather conditions - at the same time, it is impossible to make forecasts for the generated capacity, and therefore, regarding the prices for electricity on the spot market. And while private consumers are protected from price fluctuations by long-term fixed-price contracts, industrial consumers are unable to make long-term plans for the production of their products as a result of price surges on the spot market and are even forced to stop production.
The conclusion is obvious: in order to switch to energy that is not based on the combustion of fossil fuels, it is necessary to widely implement technologies that do not depend on weather conditions. One such technology is graphene power generation. Its operating principle is based on the conversion of the energy of particles of surrounding fields of invisible radiation, both natural and artificial, into electric current. The power of these fields is practically constant and does not depend on the time of day, season or weather conditions. This allows the converter to generate electric current in a constant mode, which makes it a stable source of energy.
The developer of graphene power generation technology, Neutrino Energy Group, is currently completing adaptation work on industrial technology for spraying single-atom layers of graphene, silicon and alloying elements onto metal foil, since the existing equipment for applying single-atom layers is inefficient. Considering that each power-generating plate has several dozen single-atom layers applied, and there are several thousand such plates in one Neutrino Power Cube, the need to create high-performance equipment for such operations is difficult to overestimate. And this was the narrowest technological point in the transition from the creation of pilot copies of Neutrino Power Cubes to their industrial production.

According to information received from the President of Neutrino Energy Group, Mr. Holger Thorsten Schubart, a solution to this problem was found. Moreover, in the process of searching for a solution to the technology of high-performance application of single-atomic layers of materials, the company had to abandon the idea that each enterprise for the production of fuel-free graphene resonators-converters Neutrino Power Cubes would independently manufacture power-generating plates. At the first stage, power-generating plates will be manufactured at one of the Asian enterprises and centrally supplied to assembly plants around the world. This solution seems to be the most optimal, since the equipment for applying single-atomic layers at a speed of 10 m2/sec is very expensive and must be fully loaded in operation for its payback. As the number of assembly plants expands and the range of fuel-free generators produced expands, the number of enterprises producing power-generating plates will increase. Such a technological chain of production will minimize its cost.
Neutrino Power Cubes, being a guaranteed power supply source, have a net power of 5-6 kW, which is enough for a family of 4. Considering the level of electricity prices in developed countries and the inevitability of their increase in countries such as Russia, as a result of the annual growth in demand for electricity and the need to build new power plants and power lines due to reaching the maximum load of their throughput, we can safely say that autonomous fuel-free resonator-converters Neutrino Power Cubes are an advanced solution for transforming the energy sector and creating a new distributed power supply system in the context of depletion of fossil fuel reserves.
