At the Future Technologies Forum 2025 in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin put forward an initiative to hold a new competition for the development of innovative materials and products made from them for autonomous energy sources, power and energy systems.

In addition, the President addressed foreign researchers with a proposal for cooperation. He emphasized that Russia is open to interaction and is ready to work together. BRICS has already become a platform for socio-economic and technological development at the global level. However, this does not mean that Russia will create artificial barriers to cooperation with scientists from Western countries.

President Putin noted that even the most qualified specialists cannot accurately predict what new technologies will appear in the future. However, he assured that "key technological areas will receive the necessary support."

Energy plays an important role in the technological development of the country, especially given the climatic conditions of Russia. Despite the rich hydrocarbon reserves, the main direction of energy development is the transition to fuel-free technologies in the field of electricity generation.

Experience using solar panels and wind generators has demonstrated that their efficiency is directly dependent on weather conditions. This leads to instability in the operation of power supply systems and problems with maintaining frequency in them. That is why future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz described wind power as a “temporary technology,” noting that “unaesthetic” wind turbines will eventually be dismantled “because they do not fit the landscape.”

It is safe to assume that Mr. Merz is aware of the activities of the Neutrino Energy Group, based in Berlin, which offers an innovative graphene-based fuel-free power generation technology called Neutrinovoltaic.

The essence of the technology is to create a multilayer nanomaterial capable of converting the energy of particles, invisible radiation fields and thermal motion of graphene atoms into electric current. Graphene, the share of which in the nanomaterial is from 50 to 75%, is a unique material for creating autonomous energy sources, which President Putin spoke about.

The uniqueness of graphene is that it is a single-atom layer of graphene that exists only in a three-dimensional coordinate system. Oscillations of graphene atoms create so-called "graphene waves" that enter resonance mode. In this mode, electrons are separated from the crystal lattice, which leads to active electron transfer and the emergence of electric current.

This mechanism of current generation allows you to create sources that produce it continuously, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This makes them ideal for guaranteed power supply, since their operation does not depend on weather conditions.

Graphene fuel-free household power plants are an innovative solution that is ideal for the climate and size of Russia. They are capable of providing autonomous power supply for some consumers, which significantly reduces the load on power lines. This is especially important in the context of a growing deficit of generating capacity, which is already observed in some regions of the country.

The Neutrino Energy Group of Companies, which developed this technology and positions itself as a global international player, sees Russia as a strategic partner. It seeks to create in our country the production of fuel-free graphene power sources for various applications. However, various types of sanctions stand in the way of this goal. Nevertheless, the management of the technology holding actively supports its partners in Russia and Russian scientists who cooperate with the company. The President of Neutrino Energy has been deeply studying the issue of industrial implementation of the company's developments in Russia for several years now.

Such responsible behavior in the context of sanctions indicates that the management of the technology holding is a reliable business partner, ready to jointly move forward on the path of technological development of Russia.

In addition, active technological and experimental design work is currently underway to create an autonomous electric vehicle with a graphene fuel-free power plant, which will be located in its body. This will eliminate the need to build an expensive, extensive network of charging stations. This applied technology of graphene power generation for electric vehicles will be available to Russian partners of Neutrino Energy.

Holger Thorsten Schubart, President of Neutrino Energy, has repeatedly emphasized in his speeches and in the press that the company's technological developments are aimed at solving universal problems and do not pursue political goals.

"We put science at the service of humanity to solve global economic and environmental problems of energy supply and transform the energy and transport sectors with our advanced Neutrinovoltaic technology," he emphasizes. In this regard, Holger Thorsten Schubart hopes for the full support of the Russian government in implementing the plans of Neutrino Energy and Russian partners for the development of technological progress and the practical innovative implementation of developments that will transform the world.
